0-5 Early Years Curriculum

Developing children singing skillsWithin the group are supported in developing their potential at their own pace. Our keyworker  system enables us to ensure a planned curriculum tailored to the needs of each individual child. By means of development appropriate play activities and a high level of individual adult input, we offer an early years foundation stage that sets standards for learning development and care for children from birth to five years.

0 -5 Curriculum

Observation notes will be carried out on your child throughout their time at the nursery. Assessment sheets will be kept to monitor your child’s development on all of these areas.

All records on your child will be kept in a book entitled “All About Me” which may be kept or passed onto child’s nursery teacher when they start mainstream school.

We will provide a large selection of suitable indoor and outdoor equipment, toys and books etc. Giving vast learning opportunities will provide stimulation for all aspects of your child’s development. The nursery staff will carefully plan the best use of all resources.
